II. Research interests
Vegetable stress physiology and biotechnology application; variety breeding and high-efficiency high-quality cultivation of leafy vegetables.
III. Research Projects
Presided over and completed 10 national and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.
IV. Major Achievements
1. Won the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Third Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
2. Undertaken courses including General Horticulture, Protected Horticulture, New Technologies of Protected Vegetables, and Research Progress in Olericulture.
3. Won 1st Prize of Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award for twice.
4. Honored as the First National Agricultural Science and Technology Promotion Model and Beijing Economic and Technological Innovation Model.
5. Published more than 60 scientific papers and 2 monographs.
6. Chief-editor of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan textbooks Horticultural Plant Cultivation and Experimental Guidance for Horticultural Plant Cultivation, which have been awarded the Excellent Textbook Award of National Agricultural Universities and Beijing High-quality Textbook Award.
