At the meeting, Wu Yan congratulated the students from the Moscow State University of Law on successfully completing their studies. She noted that during their stay at BUA, the students not only acquired professional knowledge, but also had immersive experience of the profound Chinese culture through diverse campus activities and cultural exchanges, showing that "knowledge has no bounds, and culture knows no borders" through their actions. She expressed hope that the students will translate their experiences in China into a bridge, continue to focus on and engage in the people-to-people exchanges between China and Russia, and become young envoys that spread friendship and promote mutual understanding between the two countries.

Feng Chong, head of the program, provided a comprehensive summary of the implementation and outcomes of the 2025 BUA-Moscow State University of Law Student Exchange Program, highlighting the meticulous arrangements and continuous optimization of the program in terms of curriculum design, practical activities, and life support.

A carefully produced video reviewed the memorable moments from the exchange students' academic and daily life, sparking bursts of laughter and applause. Three exchange students, including Kurikova, Kashina, and Svetlana, shared their feelings. They described the program as a precious chance of cultural experience and dialogue, through which they gained a firsthand insight into the vitality of China's development and the richness of Chinese culture. They expressed sincere hope for another visit in the future, and offered heartfelt gratitude and blessings to BUA and all its faculty.
Finally, leaders of the university and college jointly awarded completion certificates and souvenirs to the exchange students from the Moscow State University of Law.

The successful launch of the program represents a key initiative launched by the College of Humanities and Urban-Rural Development to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and further deepen the "BUA Global Strategic Partnership Program", as well as an effective move to promote the high-standard opening-up of the education sector and help foster a new pattern of international cooperation and exchanges on education.
