Introduction

The College of Food Science and Engineering was founded in 1985, which was renamed as the Department of Food Science in 1990, and the College of Food Science and Engineering in March 2010. The College has more than 850 students and 49 staff members, including 12 professors, 13 associate professors, 29 teachers with doctoral degrees, 6 ostdoctoral fellows, as well as 27 highly qualified faculty members who have been selected into the "Guizhou Provincial Thousand Talents Program", "Beijing Great Wall Scholars", "Beijing Science and Technology New Stars", "Beijing Top-notch Talents", "Beijing Young Talents", "Beijing Young and Middle-aged Backbone Teachers" and "Young Talent Support Program".

“The Belt and Road” International Institute of Grape and Wine Industry Innovation

The "Belt and Road" Institute of Innovation for Grape and Wine Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Innovation Institute) was approved and established in 2021. It is a provincial and ministerial-level platform jointly initiated by the Human Resources Development Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Chinese Society of Agronomy.
