Yang Xi，Ph.D. in Management, Associate Professor, and Chair of the Trade Union at the International College and the International Office.He is currently a member of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) and a member of the Academy of Management (AOM). He earned his Ph.D. from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, possessing strong interdisciplinary expertise and an international academic perspective.

He is primarily engaged in research and teaching in the fields of the digital economy, rural entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation.

In recent years, he has published over 20 academic papers in internationally renowned journals such asTechnological Forecasting and Social Change,Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, andInternational Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research, as well as conference presentations at international academic conferences. He received the Best Paper Award as first author at the AOM (Academy of Management) Annual Meeting, a top-tier international management conference. He has led a total of four research and teaching reform projects at the provincial/ministerial and university levels, actively promoting the integrated development of academic research and teaching practice.
