Xiaofeng Zhang，Associate Professor, Party Secretary of the College of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA).

Xiaofeng Zhang was born in 1977 in Inner Mongolia, and she is a member of the Communist Party of China. She graduated from China Agricultural University with a master's degree in Economic Law. She began her career in July 2002, and has previously served as the Deputy Party Secretary of the College of Computer and Information Engineering, as well as the Deputy Party Secretary of the College of Economics and Management at BUA.
