3.Processing, Preservation and Safety Control of Cold Chain Food and Pre-made Food

Team Profile:

In recent years, team members have presided over and undertaken more than 50 projects at national and provincial and ministerial levels, published more than 200 papers, and obtained more than 20 authorized national patents. The results have been successfully applied to more than 10 well-known fresh-cut vegetable producers in China. The team has received three first prizes of Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion Award, one second prize of Beijing Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and one third prize of Shennong Zhonghua Agricultural Science and Technology Award.

The team works on the mechanism of agricultural product preservation, processing of pre-made food, development of specialized fresh-keeping packaging materials, building of preservation technology system, and distribution specification, etc., with a large influence in the field of agricultural product preservation.

The team's partner demonstration companies are all champion companies in the agricultural products sector: Beijing Capital Unong Quality Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., Tian'an Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yueshengzhai Islamic Food Co., Ltd., and the former two are the vegetable supply bases for the Olympic Games.
