Team Profile:

The team, based on the research direction, carries out the screening, identification and evaluation of functional microorganisms and their metabolites, and develops key technology for the production of functional microbial microecological preparations, the key technology for the production of functional fermented foods, the technology for the rapid detection of disease-causing microorganisms and their toxins in food products, as well as the integrated control technology for harmful microorganisms in food products. The team has presided over and completed more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial research projects, including those under the National "863" Program, the National Key S&T Special Program, the National S&T Support Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The team has obtained 43 authorized national invention patents and published more than 100 research papers in domestic and international academic journals.
