I. Personal information
Tao Zhang, Ph. D, Professor, master supervisor. Visiting Scholar at NYU Langone Medical Center, USA. He is the Member of the Academic Committee, Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA), President of the North China Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Branch of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine at Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Executive Director of the Asian Association of Traditional Veterinary Medicine, and Member of the Branch Committee of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine at Group Standards Committee of the Chinese Veterinary Medical Association.
II. Research interests
Mechanism of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine in regulating the function of microvascular endothelial cells; Objectification and standardization of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine syndrome differentiation; Creation of new traditional Chinese veterinary drugs and their clinical precise evaluation; Microvascular characteristics along Meridians in animal acupoints.
