I. Personal information

Zhanjun TONG, male, is a professor at the Department of Law, College of Humanities, Law and Urban-Rural Development, Beijing University of Agriculture, and a master's supervisor. He was granted bachelor's degree and master's degree in law at Jilin University, Ph.D in international law at Tsinghua University. He was a postdoctoral researcher in law at the University of International Business and Economics. He was a visiting scholar at Harper-Adams University in the UK and the University of Minnesota in the United States. He is the president of the Rural Rule of Law Research Association of the Beijing Law Society, the standing director of the World Trade Organization Law Research Association of the China Law Society, the director of the China Agricultural and Rural Law Research Association, the director of the China International Economic Law Society, and the director of the International Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society.

II. Research interests

Agricultural and rural rule of law, international trade law of agricultural products, and international economic law.

III. Major Achievements

He has authored 7 books, chief-edited 3 books, co-authored or co-edited 5 books, and participated in the compilation of 5 books. He has published more than 20 papers, and completed more than 10 research reports as the first author. He was awarded the Second Prize of Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award (2013) and Outstanding Undergraduate Dissertation Supervisor of Beijing Colleges and Universities (2022).
