II. Research interests

Rural social work, Grassroots party building, and Women's social work.

III. Major Achievements

She has led several significant projects, such as the Ministry of Education's planning project "Research on the Elderly Security Function of Rural Land in China," the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' project "The Third Germplasm Resources Survey in Beijing," and multiple projects for the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. She has published over 20 academic papers. Her achievements include winning the second prize of the Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, the first prize of the Beijing Party Building Research Association's research achievement for "Research on the Role of Grassroots Party Organizations in the Context of Rural Revitalization," and the first prize of the Beijing Young University Teachers' Social Research Excellence Award for "Research on the Supply-side Reform of Rural Elderly Care Services in Beijing.".
