Teaching: Prof. Zhang was awarded the “Outstanding Lecturer in General Courses” at Beijing Higher Education Institutions, “Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award”, and one of his courses was rated as a “High-Quality Undergraduate Course” (Beijing). He has published 9 textbooks, with two of them being recognized as “National Outstanding Textbooks for Agricultural Education” and “Beijing High-Quality Undergraduate Textbooks”.

Research Interests: Application of computer science in agriculture, artificial intelligence, intelligent agricultural equipment, and smart farming.
