Taking the finance and management of rural grassroots and rural organizations as well as agro-related enterprises as the main research objects, the team has formed stable and distinctive research advantages in the financial management of rural collective organizations, the financial management of farmers' professional co-operatives, and the financial management of agro-related enterprises, etc. In recent years, it has undertaken a large number of financial management consulting work, and has become influential in similar disciplines in China. In 2021,Principles of Accountingundertaken by the team members was recognized as the "Model Course of Beijing Higher Education (Vocational Education) Programme on Civics and Politics", and the teaching team was awarded the title of "Master Teacher and Team". Ms. Li Ruifen was twice invited as an expert to participate in the programme of the Central Agricultural Radio and Television School to consult on the financial system of rural collective economic organizations.
