I. Personal information

Huang Lei, Ph.D. in Forestry Economics and Management, Beijing Forestry University. From 2007 to 2008, he was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to study at the University of Michigan, USA. In June 2009, he joined the Agricultural College, where he served consecutively as the college's research secretary and the department secretary of Agricultural Economics. In 2012, he was seconded as Assistant Director of the Agricultural Committee of Mentougou District.

II. Major Achievements

Led projects including a sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a general project of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and a horizontal project for the Mentougou District Agricultural Committee.

Published multiple academic papers in CSSCI, EI, and other indexed journals.

Holds 3 design patents.

Holds 14 software copyrights.

Contributed to the compilation of planning textbooks.
