I.Personal information

Li Ping, Doctor of management, professor, master supervisor. PI of the Enterprise Management direnction within the Business Administration discipline at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Agriculture.

II.Research interests

The main research directions include technological innovation management of (agricultural) enterprises, management of (agriculture-related) enterprises, and agricultural technology economics, etc.

III.Scientific Research Projects

She has presided over nearly 10 provincial and ministerial projects etc, among which the most important are:

1.Presided over the Beijing Social Science Fund planning project"Research on the Formation of Technology Trajectories of Beijing Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises and Their Impact on the Evolution of Innovation Models" from 2019 to 2022, with a budget of 80,000 yuan.

2.Presided over the project "Research on the Construction of Agricultural Science and Technology Talent Team in Beijing" under the Beijing Rural Revitalization Research Base's "Rural Revitalization Strategy Plan" from 2023 to 2024, with a budget of 30,000 yuan.

3.Presided over general Project of the Social Science Plan of Beijing Municipal Education Commission"Research on the Influencing Factors and Strategies of Open Innovation in Beijing Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises" from 2018 to 2020, with a budget of 50,000 yuan.

4.Presided over the Beijing Social Science Foundation Planning Project "Research on the Autonomous Innovation Operation Mechanism and Model of Beijing Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises" from January 2014 to December 2016, with a budget of 50,000 yuan.

5.Presided over the Beijing Natural Science Foundation General Project "Research on Path Selection and the Evaluation of Technological Innovation Capacity of Beijing Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises" from 2012 to 2014, with a budget of 80,000 yuan.

IVTeaching and research projects

She has presided over more than 5 projects etc, among which the most important are:

1.From 2024 to 2025,She will be in charge of the key teaching reform project of Beijing University of Agriculture - the research on the construction of a demonstration course of ideological and political education for the "Production and Operation Management" course of the Business Administration major, with the theme of "Value Guidance and Practical Orientation".

2.From 2019 to 2022, She led the teaching team construction project of Beijing University of Agriculture - the Core Course Teaching Team Construction Project of the Business Department.

V.Major Achievements

She published more than 20 articles, nearly 10 textbooks and monographs and won a provincial and ministerial award etc., among which the most important are:

(Ⅰ) Representative works:

1.I am the chief editor of the textbook "Financial Management", the associate editor of the textbooks "Management" and "Business Management of Agricultural Enterprises".

2.I have authored the monograph "Research on the Path Selection and Formation Mechanism of Technological Innovation Capacity of Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises" in November 2020.

(III)Major prize-winning achievements

1.In September 2024, the course "Production and Operation Management" was awarded the high-quality undergraduate course of Beijing universities;

2.In November 2023, the course "Production and Operations Management" I taught was honored as a model course for ideological and political education, a eminent teacher award, and a model ideological and political education teaching team at Beijing University of Agriculture.

3.In January 2021, I won the first prize of Higher Education Achievement of Beijing University of Agriculture in 2017-2021.
