Weiyu Li, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Member of the Communist Party of China, Master’s Supervisor. Born in Jinzhong, Shanxi Province. Member of Soybean Specialty Group of Beijing Crop Variety Approval Committee, Supervisor of Beijing Rural Professional Technology Association, Director of Seed Industry Professional Committee of Beijing Rural Professional Technology Association, Outstanding Talent of Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Committee.

Soybean genetics and breeding.

III. Major Achievements

In recent years, she has published 24 research papers in major international SCI journals, including 18 as the first author or corresponding author (with the highest impact factor of 39.1). She has edited 2 textbooks with 400,000 words each: Genetic Engineering Experiment Guide and Edamame Production and Fresh-keeping Technology. She has participated in the breeding of 5 new soybean varieties, formulated 1 group standard, obtained 1 national invention patent (first completer), 8 national utility model patents (all first completer), and 25 computer software copyrights (12 as first completer).
