I. Personal information

 Jiang Ying, Associate Professor, Master’s supervisor.

Professor of the Department of Law, the College of and Arts and Rural Development, Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA).

She teaches courses such as Civil Procedure Law,Agricultural Cooperative Law,Clinical Legal Education, and Legal Document Writing.

Prof. Jiang is the Director of the Beijing Rural Rule of Law Research Association, Practicing lawyer.

II. Research interests

She is committed to the research of Civil Procedure Law, Agricultural Cooperative Law, rural dispute resolution mechanisms, and the research and practice of clinical legal education.

III. Research Projects

She has presided over many national, provincial and ministerial projects, among which the most important are:

1. Research on the Legal System for the Construction of Cooperative Mechanisms（Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Science Project-09YJC820009）

2. Research on the Evaluation System of Cooperative Mechanisms（Beijing New Rural Construction Base Open Project-BJXNCJD2011）

3. Post-assessment of the Beijing Basic Farmland Protection Regulations,commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture(NY2018-068)
