I. Personal information
Yazhao Liu, Ph.D, Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor.
She is currently an associate professor and master’s supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA). She is also a member of the Council of the Professional Committee on Livestock Economics of the Chinese Society of Forestry, Animal Husbandry, and Fishery Economics.
II. Research Interests
Livestock economics, industrial economics, dairy industry, pig industry, and forage industry.
III. Research Projects
She has presided over more than 10 national and provincial-level projects, among which the most important are:
1. Member of the National Forage Industry System Research Team (since September 2009).
2. National Soft Science Research Program (2014GXS4D090): Research on the Fluctuation Patterns and Countermeasures of China's Dairy Industry (December 2014 - December 2016).
3. Statistical Monitoring Project on Agricultural and Rural Resources (Breeding Sows' Productive Capacity) (July 2019 - July 2020).
4. Research on Cost-Benefit Estimation of Grain and Soybean Production in Different Regions and Typical Models and Policy Support for Ensuring Profitability of Grain Farmers through Policy and Management Efficiency (July 2022 - December 2022).
IV. Major Achievements
She has published more than 30 articles and won several provincial and ministerial-level awards. Her most important achievements include:

1. Second Prize of the National Harvest Award for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Fishery, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China (2022).
