Curriculum Vitae
I. Personal information
Hui Wang, Ph.D, Associate Professor, Master’s supervisor.
Prof. Guo is mainly engaged in the research of microbial resource development and animal intestinal health. Her core technical advantages lie in gene cloning, gene editing, and fermentation optimization technologies. She is proficient in multiple high-efficiency recombinant protein expression systems, including yeast, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and Escherichia coli, providing core support for the large-scale production of functional proteins. Integrating microbial resources, efficient enzyme expression, and the application of active substances, she is committed to providing innovative solutions for green and healthy farming based on the core concept of functional synergy.
II. Research interests
Development and precise application of functional microecological preparations (probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, and postbiotics);
Biosynthesis and functional analysis of natural bioactive substances, exploring their mechanisms in intestinal barrier repair and immune regulation;
Synergistic effects of probiotics, enzyme preparations, and natural bioactive substances (constructing ternary interaction models to analyze synergistic paths).
III. Research Projects
She has presided over or participated in multiple national, provincial, and ministerial projects, among which the most important are:
Preliminary study on the establishment of an efficient expression system of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and its efficient expression mechanism. Granted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Science Fund Project), PI (2018.01-2020.12).
Study on the effects and mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on milk protein synthesis and nitrogen emission in lactating dairy cows. Granted by the Science and Technology Plan General Project of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, PI (2020.01-2022.12).
Integration, demonstration and promotion of key technologies for healthy breeding and quality/efficiency improvement of dairy cows based on microecological preparations. Granted by the Central Guide for Local Science and Technology Development Funds, Participant (2022.07-2023.12).
Resource recycling and demonstration promotion of livestock and poultry breeding manure and agricultural waste. Granted by the Central Guide for Local Science and Technology Development Funds, Participant (2024.07-2025.12).
Integration and demonstration of key technologies for reducing and replacing soybean meal in pig diets based on liquid fermented feed. Granted by the Beijing Rural Revitalization Agricultural Science and Technology Project, Participant (2024.04-2026.04).
IV. Major Achievements
She published more than 10 articles, was authorized 4 patents, and won 4 provincial and ministerial awards, among which the most important are:
