May 25th, 2025 marks

the 26th National College Students' Mental Health Day

This day is chosen because "525" is a homophone for "I love myself" in Chinese

So it is also called the day of "Loving Oneself"

"I love myself, not just today"

The university has been deepening its efforts in promoting students' special well-being

A series of innovative initiatives have been launched

to guard BUA students' mental health,

allowing them to grow with more strength and confidence

Colorful activities to light up hearts

In the 21st "Mental Health Season for College Students", the university carefully planned a variety of activities to foster students' self-care awareness and create a warm, positive campus culture. These activities included a comic competition, a mental well-being speech contest, a fun sports meet, an "Explore Your Inner Self with AI" book club, and situation dramas.

The university has also established "Chunzeyuan," a student spiritual growth base, as a key innovative initiative for our student mental health efforts. Within the base, unique functional areas like the "Plantation", "Mood Tree Hole", "Relaxation Swings", and "Mailbox to the Future" have been created. Through an innovative integration of natural settings, artistic practice, and special education, these areas provide students with a safe harbor to relax and nourish their minds, quickly becoming the campus's most popular "spiritual check-in spot".
