The 22nd National College Track and Field Championshipswere held in Nanping, Fujian Province from July 15 to 20, 2024. A total of 5,285 student-athletes and coaches from 438 colleges and universities in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government participated in the event. The number of participating units and of athletes both hit record highs. BUA's track and field team, led by Liu Junzhan and Lu Hejiang from the Physical Education Department, won the silver medal in the Women's Javelin-Group A and the seventh place in the Men's Discus Throw-Group A, respectively.

The participating athletes all expressed their will to carry forward the spirit of sports, meet new challenges with greater enthusiasm and firm belief, contribute to the high-quality development of the school's sports, and at the same time learn professional knowledge, constantly build their skills, and grow into new talents who know and love agriculture and have comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor as soon as possible.
