The 2025 China Robot Competition and RoboCup China Open, recently concluded in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, attracted more than 5,000 participants of nearly 1,700 teams from 300+ colleges and universities to compete in intelligent control, system integration, and scenario application of robots. The "Beijing University of Agriculture Smart Team #1" - comprising students Zhou Zisen, Li Jialin, Yao Zeqian, Zhao Yunhao, and Jiang Longhao from the College of Intelligent Science and Engineering -completed all tasks with high quality in the "Intelligent Cleaning Robot Challenge - Restaurant 3D Cleaning" competition in 3'55". Guided jointly by Professor Qiu Quan and teacher Fan Zhengqiang, the team ultimately secured the National Second Prize.



The China Robot Competition and RoboCup China Open is the official regional event of the RoboCup, and is recognized by the Ministry of Education as a Class A disciplinary competition. It is one of the largest, most influential, and technologically advanced robot disciplinary competitions in China. Our students demonstrated their comprehensive abilities in intelligent robotics during this competition, and their performance also reflects the BUA's innovative strength and the effectiveness of its talent cultivation in the field of intelligent equipment and robotics applications.
