Three Golds, Eight Silvers and Nine Bronzes! BUA Students Won Awards in the "Challenge Cup" Capital College Student Business Plan Competition

Recently, the 2024 "Challenge Cup" Capital College Student Business Plan Competition of Youth Business Beijing (YBB) came to an end. BUA's students won three gold medals, eight silver medals and nine bronze medals in this competition, and the school was rated as an "Excellent Organizing Unit."

With the theme of "Right Time to Challenge and Struggle" and based on the functional positioning and the characteristics the capital's development stage, the competition created a new system of "one cup and six competitions" (the "Challenge Cup" main track and six special competitions). It introduced a mechanism of announcing the list and appointing the leaders, and set up six special tracks: "Youth Revitalizes Beijing Suburbs" rural revitalization track, "Youth Assists Development" Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development track, "Youth Intelligence Promotes the Future" new quality productivity track, "Youth Paints Beijing Colors" cultural tourism and creativity track, "Youth Lights Up Hopes" new era Hope Project public welfare service track and "Youth Connects the World" international exchange and interaction track.A total of 200,000 students from more than 80 colleges and universities across the capital participated in the competition, and a total of 4,270 teams advanced to the city-level competition.

BUA will fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Party Congress, continue to deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education, use competitions to promote teaching and learning, and combine learning with competitions to comprehensively enhance students' innovative thinking, entrepreneurial awareness, and innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities, and guide students to closely combine innovation and entrepreneurship with serving rural revitalization, and contribute youthful strength to the capital's rural revitalization and the realization of basic agricultural and rural modernization.
