The Brief Introduction of Prof. Li Hua in Economics and Management School of Beijing University of Agriculture

      Prof. Li Hua, 50 years old, graduated from Beijing University of Agriculture and China Agricultural University, is Dean of School of Economics and Management, professor of third grade and master instructor of agricultural economics management and agricultural development in Beijing University of Agriculture. He is also a position expert of economics in poultry team of Beijing modern agricultural technology system, bids evaluation expert, deputy secretary general of China Rural Social Technology Association and secretary general of Beijing Rural Social Technology Association. He is also Director of Chinese Association of Agricultural Economics, Vice President of Beijing Association of Agricultural Economics and Director of Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Societies. Prof. Li has visited France, Spain, Holland, Sweden, Brazil, Danmark, Mexico, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and Harper Adams University College as Visiting Scholar. He achieves the Honor of Advanced Workers of Popularization of Science and Technology in 2010 and more than 10 honors above province level.

Main Research and Teaching Direction: In these 5 years, Prof. Li devoted himself in Town and Village Planning, Public Management of Rural, The Development Course of Rural in China, Agricultural Extension, Rural Society and the Policy of Agricultural Technology and some other course on Bachelor and Master Level. He mainly engaged in marketing management of agricultural product, agricultural technology policy and human resource development in rural.

Main Research Achievement: Prof. Li has written 3 monographs, including “Theory and Practice of Rural Human Resource Development and Utilization in China”, “The Diagnosis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Management” and “New Zealand Agricultural”. He was the chief editor of “Village Planning and Infrastructure Construction”, “Rural Public Management”, “ Agricultural Project Investment” and more than 20 writings and textbooks. The writing of “Variety Breeding of Alfalfa No.1 and No. 3” won the second and third prize in Science and Technology Progress Award. The writings of “The Theory and Practice of Developing Village by Science and Technology” and “New Technology Reforming Traditional Agriculture” won the third prize in Science and Technology Progress Award.
