The 27th SINO-ROK University Youth Forum Was Held in BUA

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic Relations betweenthe People's Republic of China and Republic of Korea, On November 20, the27th SINO-ROK University Youth Forum jointly organized by Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Korea-China Cultural Youth Association of South Korea (Future Forest) was held at Beijing University of Agriculture and South Korea Dongguk University in a combination of online and offline. Li Junhui, Secretary of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Li Jian, Deputy Secretary of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League; Zhao Feng, Secretary of the Communist Party of BUA; Yi Shuaidong, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of BUA; Kwon Byong Hyon,the representative ofthe Korea-China Cultural Youth Association of South Korea (Future Forest) and former ambassador to China, and many other leaders and guests from related sectors attended the forum.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, Li Junhui expressed his appreciation to Chinese and South Korean teachers and students who participated in the preparation of theforum, and briefly introduced the development of the SINO-ROK University Youth Forum to the participants. Li Junhui said that with the deepening of globalization, "green development" and "cultural integration" have become the key words for international development, playing an important role in building a community with a shared future for mankind and promoting the prosperity and development of world culture.

ZhaoFeng expressed warm welcome to the guests and students who participated in the activity, and hoped that the "Cloud Forum" could promote the cultural exchanges between the two countries, enhance the friendship, promote the study and exchange for the young people of the two countries, build consensus for the people-to-people exchanges between China and South Korea, and make the young people really become the positive energy and driving force for the development of China and South Korea.

More than 10 student representatives from China and South Korea conducted in-depth discussions on the two themes of "green development and cultural integration" in thepresentations, sharing the thoughts and suggestions of the young people of the two countries in the fields of environmental protection and youth culture, and contributing their strength to the development of China-South Korea friendship.

A student representative said she benefited a lot from listening to the comments and speeches of the teachers and students. She believed that this forum will be a very good "catalyst", injecting new energy and impetus into the exchanges between the young people of China and South Korea, and she was look forward to more opportunities to participate in such activities in the future.
