On October 12th, a signing ritual of memorandum of understanding on the Scholar and Student Exchange Project implemented between the Rogers,New Jersey State University and BUA was held.
President Wang Younian signed the memoranda of understanding and expressed his best wishes for the future cooperation.
According to the memoranda the two universities may further improve their efforts made in scholar exchange, research cooperation, academic publishing and student exchange on the fields like planting, culture, and biology.
After the ceremonay,the vice president of Rogers Branch School of New Jersey State University, professor Joan W. Bennett, and the American returned scholar, professor An Zhiqiang respectively gave their academic reports.
