Associate professor’s Introduction

HE Meili, born in Hubei Province, graduated from China Agricultural university，is an associate professor and master tutor of the Urban & Rural Development College in Beijing Agricultural University. The main research focuses on rural development and human resource.

Primary Course: Agricultural Corporate Management; Agricultural Economics; Development Economics; Agricultural Policies and Regulations; Human Resource Management etc.

Education Award: the first prize of Education and Teaching of BUA; the second class prize of Beijing Municipal Education & Teaching Achievements.

Main Project: “Research on urban & rural employment and participatory support in Yanqing County”; “Study on Beijing vegetables’ quality safety based on supply chain”; “Investigation and promotion program of farmer’s quality promotion project in Daxing District”.

Representative Research Results: “Rural labor transfer employment: the situation and countermeasures”; “Studies on development model of agriculture-related enterprises under a new socialist countryside construction”.
