Start on August 27, BUA start to implement a new program of on campus purchase. The new card can be used everywhere on campus. It can be used for identification purposes as well. The first card will be free and replacement card will cost 20 RMB. There will be machines to add value to the card throughout campus. The machine outside of the cafeteria will charge 20% service fees in order to add values into the card.

      The grace period between the old and new card will be August 27 – September 13. During the grace period, the old card only can be used at the cafeteria. After September 13, the old card will be deactivated and the student business center will return the card balance to the cardholder.
